Operations Manager

Wagga Evangelical Church (WEC) is seeking a capable and committed Christian to join our staff team as Operations Manager, helping strengthen and support our mission of making and maturing disciples of Jesus.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to gospel ministry through excellent operational leadership.
Working closely with the Senior Pastor and ministry team, you'll help coordinate people and projects, develop effective systems, improve communication and oversee the day-to-day operations that enable our church family to flourish.
We're looking for someone who is…
Experience in operations, administration, project management or organisational leadership is highly desirable. Relevant qualifications are valued but not essential.
The position is negotiable between 0.8 and 1.0 FTE, with Sunday participation forming part of the normal working week. Remuneration will reflect experience and demonstrated capability.
