As a church community we partner with other Christians and organisations in God’s mission – locally, nationally and overseas. We have been blessed financially and want to be faithful stewards of that money, spreading the gospel by supporting the work of ministries that share in our mission of seeing others grow in Christ for the glory of God. We commit to a personal partnership that is expressed through prayer, financial support & practical assistance.
Our current partners are –
AFES @ Charles Sturt University, Wagga Wagga Campus
Steve and Jane Lister, Kate Lieschke and Cat Tuckwell
The Challenge
Universities in Australia are full of students who are poised to make life-changing decisions about what they believe and where they are heading. AFES works in this God-given window of opportunity to reach students for Christ.
The Fellowship
AFES employs staff to help and encourage students in their Christian growth and witness, and has student groups on campuses in every state and territory in Australia. Groups hold a variety of activities, such as regular public Bible talks, smaller Bible studies, prayer groups, mid-year conferences and outreach events.
The Vision
Proclaiming Jesus Christ at university to present everyone mature in Him.
Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches
The Fellowship of Independent Evangelical Churches (FIEC) is a fellowship of churches and pastors across Australia. Our churches are committed to praying for one another and continuing to promote planting of evangelical churches throughout Australia. Our pastors seek to provide support and encouragement to one another.
Singleton Evangelical Church
In 2005 four families who lived in the Singleton area and attended Maitland Evangelical Church had the desire to start a church in Singleton. SEC began meeting in October 2005 with four families and friends meeting monthly in the hope of establishing a weekly meeting around the teaching of the Bible. They are now some fifteen to twenty families enjoying regular Sunday meetings. SEC is a gathering of God’s people committed to taking His message, with His help, to the town of Singleton and beyond.
Scott Mackenzie pastors SEC and is married to Wendy and they have four children: Jayden, Talia, Eliza & Elliott.
Overseas Council Australia are doing an incredible job at helping to proclaim the good news of Jesus’ death and resurrection throughout the world. “OCA raises funds in Australia to give to approved theological colleges in developing countries.” Not only are they training locals to preach Jesus in their own context, but they are training faculty to train locals to proclaim Jesus.

Scripture in Wagga Wagga Schools
Special Religious Education (SRE) plays a vital role in the holistic education of children, helping them form personal moral and ethical frameworks and nurturing their faith while at school. For many children, it is the only opportunity they’ll have to explore the scriptures and have their spiritual questions answered from the Bible.
That’s why WWEC is strongly committed to supporting the work of SRE financially and by providing teachers.
Sekove Lili – High School SRE Teacher and Julianne Hart – Primary School SRE Coordinator.
Pioneers partners with local churches in sending Aussie believers around the globe, seeking to glorify God amongst unreached peoples.
WWEC is supporting the Blair Family who plan to serve Christ and his kingdom in Cambodia. Their hope is to go to minister amongst children, youth and university students in Phnom Penh.
